Handstands build the foundation for all other circus training. This class focuses on strength, flexibility, alignment and control. Rose is a GMB Fitness trainer and uses the GMB method for teaching handstands and flexibility. From working on kicking up, balancing, to higher level skills, there is something for all levels in this class. This class also includes mobility work from the GMB Focused Flexibility program, and a strength-based conditioning circuit. (For more info on GMB: gmb.io).
