Idea Personal Trainer Institute Session 321: Intro to Handstands and Gymnastics Training

This workshop will cover the fundamentals of handstanding. Whether you have never tried to handstand but always wanted to, or have a freestanding handstand you would like to improve upon, Rose will give you exercises to get you to the next level. You will also learn three core locomotion patterns, mobility moves and basic body-weight skills, separate from the handstand, that help train the body by working on strength, flexibility and motor control, all of which are needed for larger skills, such as the handstand.
